While visiting an artist in Gloucester, Massachusetts, I had some time to walk along the working docks. The Charles Seabrook caught my eye—a solid, steel-hulled New England trawler that looked built for hard work.
Being there brought back the familiar feeling of spending time around fishing boats. Even the smell of fish was a welcome fragrance. I know that might not appeal to everyone, but it certainly does to me.
