These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the George Mattingly Art website and the purchase of any products through it (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

About Our Products
George Mattingly Art offers original oil paintings, canvas and fine art paper reproductions, and made-to-order custom prints configured through our online sizing and framing tool. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works; once sold, they are not available for reproduction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of an original work. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Items purchased through our size, frame, and finish configurator are produced specifically for you based on your selections. Please review your size, framing, matting, and finish choices carefully before completing your order, as these details cannot be changed once production has begun.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of George Mattingly and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a painting or print conveys ownership of the physical piece only; it does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or license to reproduce the image, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines and practices are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund practices are described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, George Mattingly Art will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of any product.
