Refund policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

We want you to love your painting. Because of the nature of what we sell, our return and refund policy differs depending on the type of item.

Original Paintings
Original oil paintings are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted works. Because each is unique, all sales of original paintings are final. If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please see "Damaged or Lost Shipments" below — we will make it right.

Prints and Made-to-Order Items
Canvas reproductions, fine art paper prints, and any piece ordered through our custom size, frame, and finish configurator are produced specifically for you after you order. Because these are made to order, they are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of damage, defect, or an error on our part (for example, the wrong size or finish was produced from your order).

If you believe your order arrived with a defect or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to: gmattingly4@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
All paintings and prints are packaged carefully for transit. If a piece arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to post the refund after it has been issued.
